Handcrafted in 18ct yellow gold this ring features a 9-10mm baroque shaped Australian South Sea pearl, 3.99ct polished blue/yellow sapphire nugget and round brilliant cut diamonds flush set on the top and sides of the textured ring which has a tapered band and polished highlights.
