LINNEYS OFFERS FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL ONLINE ORDERS OVER $600 DELIVERED WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

ALL ONLINE ORDERS ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 2 – 14 WORKING DAYS DEPENDING ON THE ITEM OF JEWELLERY.  

Linneys is a bespoke manufacturing jeweller and we do not mass produce any of our stock items. If the piece is not available at the time of your order, our team will make your special piece to order within 3-4 weeks. Our online team will be in contact with you within 24 hours to update you on the status of you order if this is the case.

Ship time is 2-14 days on top of your made to order item/s. 

Linneys Shipping Information

Linneys jewellery is shipped to you under Linneys account so your jewellery order will be insured whilst in transit to you

All Linneys deliveries require a signature on delivery for added security

Once the order is placed you will an email confirmation from our online consultant and they will also provide tracking number to give you tractability once the jewellery has been dispatched from Linneys

Deliveries within Australia

We offer complimentary delivery (within Australia) for orders over $600 through one of our courier providers [2-4 working days if in stock - Insurance included]

  • Standard shipping for orders under $600 [2-4 working days if in stock - Insurance included]: $20
  • Standard shipping to PO Box [2-4 working days if in stock - Insurance included]: $30

International Deliveries

International Shipping – (timing depends on the country) DHL: $200.00

 

Delivery Times

If your order isn’t currently in stock and needs be handcrafted just for you our online consultant will provide an expected delivery date. This date is usually still within the 14 working days unless we need to source the precious gems, diamonds, or pearls

Items on hand will be dispatched the next day after the order is placed

You will receive and email notifying you of the availability and delivery time for the piece of jewellery you have ordered.

If your order is placed over a weekend or national holiday period your order will be processed on the first business day following the holiday period. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays. These orders will be processed the following business day.

If it is an urgent request, please contact online@linneys.com.au and they will inform you of the delivery time for the particular piece you’re interested in.

 

Additional Information

All online orders are sold inclusive of GST.

When the jewellery items being purchased are delivered overseas we can process them as a GST free sale if you contact us to arrange payment. The international delivery may be subject to Customs Duties and Import Taxes depending on your location. 

Any additional charges or fees for customs clearance must be covered by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

For the latest information on customs duties and import taxes, please visit the customs website relevant for your country.

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask us to do any of the above.

Prior to order dispatch, goods are carefully inspected by Linneys to ensure your items leave in perfect condition. Your goods are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition. In the event that your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately by email to online@linneys.com.au

As goods require signature on delivery, please ensure you nominate a suitable address so you can receive the goods once they arrive during business hours. If you nominate a business address, you will need to include the name of the company to ensure the courier can find you easily. We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you will receive notification from the courier company and arrangements will be made to finalise delivery. If goods cannot be delivered and go unclaimed, they will be returned to Linneys. If you require us to dispatch the package for a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same guidelines (as above) apply to this new delivery.

Order cut off and delivery time frames are provided as a guide only. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.
