Linneys store opens on King Street

New Perth showroom on King Street

Linneys opens on King Street In 1972, Alan Linney founded Linneys Jewellery and in doing so, created a uniquely Australian brand that is synonymous for distinctive design and international style. It is now in 2017 that Linneys is opening their newest showroom on the exclusive King St, in the Perth CBD. The well-renowned Linneys Jewellers opened its CBD doors for business on Monday 11 December 2017.

Interior Architects Milieu Creative who worked on the fit out and describe the showroom as “modern with industrial influences”. The showroom opening comes at a perfect time with the King Street extension being open to pedestrians, it will provide a direct passage between Roe St in Northbridge and Wellington St in the city. This should attract plenty of clients to the King street precinct and Linneys new showroom. The new showroom is housed in a refurbished heritage building, situated in what was once Perth’s thriving wholesale textile district.

With an impressive frontage, the showroom boasts substantial retail space and a VIP area for exclusive guests and clients seeking privacy. “At a time when many retail stores are closing their doors, Linneys is opening a new store, going against the trend of brick and mortar retailers scaling back and moving their business online”, said Justin Linney Creative Director of Linneys. The decision to open a new showroom supports Linneys position in the market as a truly authentic Western Australian brand as they forge their way into the future as Australia’s leading jewellery atelier.
