Linneys is passionate about supporting the community, supporting a number causes close to our heart. Each year we are proud to engage in sponsorships, providing donations and contributing time to work with multiple charities. We are excited to continue our ongoing partnerships that help foster and cultivate growth to positively impact our employees, clients and West Australian communities. Gnaraloo Wilderness Foundation

Linneys launched a partnership with the Gnaraloo Wilderness Foundation (GWF) in 2023, through which half of the proceeds from each Loggerhead Turtle Necklace sold is being donated to the Gnaraloo Wilderness Foundation’s (GWF) Turtle Conservation Program. Linneys have donated more than $40,000 to the GWF, as part of this initiative.

Schools and Communities

Since 1972, Linneys has been engaging with local schools and community groups - contributing to fundraisers and via donations to various organisational groups. Some of the schools we have been lucky enough to work alongside include Subiaco primary school, St Thomas primary school and Scotch College.

Australian Wildlife Conservatory

AWC ….

Linneys has partnered with AWC to help raise awareness and funds, donating jewellery to be auctioned at AWC events and personally attending AWC sites to understand firsthand the amazing work they are doing.

Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House supports the ever-changing needs of seriously ill children and their families. They achieve the best outcome for families by reducing the impact of their child’s serious illness.

Ronald McDonald provides a range of programs to help families stay together and close to the care they need.

Linneys has worked with Ronald McDonald for many years, we have sponsored various events including the Ronald McDonald ball, volunteered at the house and sponsored a room for sick children to stay in.

Take 3 For the Sea

Take 3 inspires participation in simple actions that are able to reduce the impacts of plastic pollution and waste in the ocean and broader environment.

Take 3 is designed around the idea of taking 3 pieces of rubbish with you when you leave the beach, waterway or…anywhere, and you have made a difference.

Linneys worked with Take 3 and assisted in launching the program take 3, providing reusable drink bottles for kids participating in the beach clean-up day and as well as providing jewellery for auction at the fundraising events.  

North Cottesloe SLSC

North Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club, established in 1918, is a dedicated volunteer organisation which shares Surf Life Saving Australia’s mission to save lives, create great Australians and build better communities.

Linneys has supported this organisation by participating in volunteer days, hosting sundowners, donating jewellery to be auctioned and also sponsoring the gym over the years. The sponsorship came about because Justin Linney was volunteer lifeguard at the club.

Leeuwin for Telethon

Established in 1968, Channel 7 Telethon is in its 54th year in 2021. Telethon has been created by and belongs to the community of Western Australia who over five decades have generously donated more than $457 million to ensure a better life for our children now and in the future.

​Through donating to Telethon, Linneys have been able to help provide equipment for children in hospital, critical services for children with disabilities and life-changing opportunities for disadvantaged children. The support through donations ensure that our children have the best quality services, support and livelihoods now and in the future.

Anglicare

Anglicare WA is a leading not-for-profit organisation that helps people in times of need. Anglicare provides support, counselling and advocacy for people struggling with poverty, domestic violence, homelessness, grief, mental wellness and other forms of crisis or trauma.

Linneys was delighted to be a sponsor of the Anglicare Op Shop Ball in help raise money for the organisation through the donation of Linneys jewellery pieces.

Women & Infants Research Foundation

The women and infants research foundation (WIRF) is one of Australia’s leading independent research institutions dedicated to improving the health and life of women, infants, reproductive and women’s mental health.

Linneys has been a supporter of WIRF for many years now and we have sponsored their Gala dinners as well as having the unique opportunity to host sundowners and a VIP dinner at our Subiaco showroom.

Variety WA Children’s Charity

Variety helps to support children who are sick, disadvantaged or living with disability.

Linneys has partnered with Variety the Children’s Charity for nearly 30 years, with Alan Linney being a life member. Since 1972, Linneys have been an event participant, event host, fundraiser and major sponsor for events events assisting the charity to reach fundraising goals.

Variety is a great charity and we strongly encourage you to become involved either as a volunteer, event participant or to get a coveted ticket to the much anticipated Variety Ball each year.
